Pizza Hut prepares the pizza and delivers it to us in their warmers where we never open the pizza. Chapter Photographer, Will Safran, suggests we advertise well before the event so students know to bring cash to school that day and not their debt cards. All present members agreed with this suggestion and Adviser Adrienne Giffin mentions we could do one a month where students would know that, for example, Pizza Hut Day is the 2nd Wednesday of every month and would be able to prepare accordingly. Ashlee Sanders also report that she will be contacting Larry's House of Cakes in Marion about discount cards and Dixie Cream Doughnuts about a possible fundraiser.
